The self-audit process to help the you, the business owner manager, identify, reflect upon and consider key issues and factors which may facilitate or hinder future development of your business. We have developed this audit with some of the most experienced experts in the fields of business research and business leaders. This audit will help you understand and act upon issues and help you to clarify your objectives and gain the most from your business. This would normally cost over ten times the amount we are currently charging but is offered as a special rate to LeadSure members.
The audit will be considered by our experts and returned to you as report. It will give you advice on your business and ICT strategy. Here is an overview of the self audit process which is in four sections: Section one involves making explicit the focus and scope of the current activities of the business, together with present owner manager aspirations as to future direction and development. Section two orients the owner manager toward identification and consideration of those factors within the firm’s external operating environment which provide growth opportunities or may impose constraints on future development. Section three directs the owner manager toward consideration of the resource and competencies abilities and deficiencies of the organisation with regard to production/services processes, marketing, finance, people, and existing ICT infrastructure. Section four orients the owner manager toward reconsideration of aspirations for future development of the business, in the light of understanding revealed by the self-audit process. |
