Many organisations, irrespective of size and complexity, find change and development difficult to achieve and manage. This is particularly true of ICT projects where there are many examples of projects that have over run both elapsed time and financial budgets. This creates a reluctance within many Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) to embark upon ICT development projects, preventing many SMEs achieving the cost efficiency gains that properly implemented ICT solutions can achieve.
To address this issue the University of London Computer Centre (ULCC) and Oxford Integrated Systems (OIS) have formed a partnership to develop a unique IT service offering. The partnership is called LeadSure.
LeadSure’s principal aim is to be a trusted “one stop shop” for businesses to access competent and knowledgeable ICT advice and guidance.
The underlying concept behind LeadSure is that the members can access a single point of contact, which will understand their needs as they evolve. This will allow LeadSure to either provide or recommend the most relevant solution to an business at every stage in its growth. The Expert Panel is a trusted agent of impartial, intelligent and relevant advice to the members of LeadSure. The Expert Panel consists of a number of high profile members of the IT and business community, who can offer strategic advice and direct businesses to an appropriate solution provider.
